The Foundation is a 3-month program, 1.5-hour session per week. It will also include one ‘Grounding’ coaching call during the week. The Foundation consists of three stages. The first stage is ‘The Introduction’, where you will define your Mission Statement. Your North Star. You will also be provided the Framework, terminology, and tools to use within the Framework. This will be the base for new communication in your self-talk.

The second stage is ‘The Practice’. Through homework assignments and your daily practical experience, you will get more familiar with the Framework and the tools. You will develop consistency, discipline, and solid practice in a new language of self-talk to help overcome mental or emotional blocks.

In this stage, opportunities for inner-child healing can take place. You will be able to better understand the effects of Triggers and Traumas and how you can begin to release the emotional weight of those past events.

The last stage is ‘The Integration’. You have been introduced to the Framework, tools, and new language in your self-talk. You have practical experience using them and becoming fluent. At this stage, you will take what you have learned and begin to apply in different areas of your life. This integration will strengthen your reprogramming, shift your mindset, and will allow you to feel like you have creative control again of your life. By the end of the program, you will have a well-established Foundation to continue a healthy practice in your inner-dialogue and develop a deeper and more nurturing relationship with Self, finding your own Artistry in Life.
